The private hospital campus (Newcastle Private Hospital) is located near John Hunter Public Hospital. The private hospital can be tricky to navigate at times however we hope the information below makes things much easier on your appointment day.

Newcastle Private is made up of a series of buildings. Dr Roser’s rooms are located within the main building of Newcastle Private Hospital (in the Cambridge Building). The rooms are NOT located in the Specialist Suite building. The map below shows where these buildings are on campus.

Please also see the parking section below to assist with further instructions as these will differ depending on which direction you are coming from.

Parking and drop off instructions

If you are being dropped off, we recommend entering via the main hospital entrance.

Walk past the coffee shop and pharmacy then enter the rehabilitation ward. Continue walking straight, through the rehabilitation ward and you will come to automated glass doors to enter the Cambridge building. Dr Roser's rooms will be the first suite you see.

Paid parking is available at Newcastle Private Hospital however it can be busy at times and we suggest leaving extra time to find a spot. There is paid underground parking within the main building (drive past the main reception entrance). There is also parking off Jacaranda drive.

If you have parked in the Jacaranda Drive parking station (see map below) then you are already adjacent to the Cambridge building and Dr Roser’s rooms. While parking in the structure can be busy, it is the closest parking to Dr Roser’s rooms. Take the lift in the spiral parking structure to the ground floor. Exit the lifts to the right and there will be automated glass doors. Go through these doors and Dr Roser’s rooms are the first suites you will see.
